Time for an update as much has been happening in the past few weeks since we sent our last email!
The 2010 schedules for Optis, Lasers and C420s have been updated on the ILYC and SN websites. They now includes most of the NBYA events, new information regarding the Bemis (double-handed) and Smythe (single-handed Laser full-rig) Area A qualifiers, and a few other changes and additions.
At present, applications have been received from many sailors.
However, we think that there are a number of people who may have tried to submit online, but their application(s) did not go through, possibly because of a glitch we found in one of the questions on the application.
Instructions are now up on the application webpage that provide clarity as to how to avoid this happening again, and how to know when your application has been successfully sent and received.
Please check to see that you have a confirmation if you believe that you submitted an online application to make sure your name is there. If it is not, then WE DO NOT HAVE AN APPLICATION FOR YOU, and you need to go online and try again.

If you are thinking about participating in the BCRP this summer, please get your application(s) in as soon as practical.
We anticipate based on conversations with people that the demand may exceed availability and we also look forward to the opportunity to start communicating with sailors as soon as practical!
