The sun is shining as I write this, and the weather forecast is a good one for Saturday and Sunday.
Five boats with 12 aboard have signed on - Commo. Wells & Mary Will Darling, Patrick Griffin with Lynn (Patrick, Pat & Donna's son, is a new Young Adult member), Bill & Nancy Flynn, Butch & Joan Hitchcock, Bill & Linda Kirkpatrick, together with Libby & me, who've cadged births aboard the Darlings boat, KATCHINA. There's a possibility that John & Jennifer McCabe are also coming. Would anyone else planning to coin us please let me know by Friday evening so I can get word around.
Proceeding independently, we'll rendezvous in the cove north of Fogland Point, as described earlier. The Darlings will host a cocktail Party aboard KACHINA. Bring heavy h'ors d'oeuvres so you won't have to cook supper afterwards. You'll have a good night's sleep, well protected from predicted ENE light winds.
